While the last reflection focused on the disappointment of witnessing faith misused, this reflection is about personal awakening and the courage to seek truth.
I do not aim to change anyone else’s mind. True transformation comes from within — from the willingness to open our eyes, question what we have been taught, and reflect honestly on our beliefs. Blind obedience may provide comfort, but it does not lead to understanding or growth. Belief in God is most meaningful when it inspires compassion, humility, honesty, and kindness. Faith should encourage us to help those in need, to act with integrity, and to bring goodness into the world. It should not be a tool for fear, division, or pride. Every person has the opportunity to awaken their soul, to think freely, and to act with love. Faith is a journey — a path of the heart as much as of the mind — that invites us to question, to learn, and to grow. It is not simply what we are told to believe, but what we discover for ourselves. Even in a world where blind repetition and unquestioned authority are common, the chance to reflect, to seek truth, and to act with compassion is always present. By choosing awareness and love over instinct and fear, we allow our faith to truly guide us — toward understanding, unity, and for the sake of all.
