This is a time to embrace the uniqueness of each individual, not as a source of division but as a strength for humanity. Let dialogue replace blame and insults, and let us focus on the urgent challenges we face together. May we replace fear, suspicion, and resentment with trust, compassion, and cooperation. In this coming year, I hope every home finds recognition for their hard work and opportunities to thrive. Here’s to a brighter, more balanced future in 2025—a world that is better for everyone. AuthorEmma Ugarelli is my name. I grew up in Lima, Peru and immigrated to Canada two decades ago. I have a Psychology degree from Peru, and I worked as a psychologist for fifteen years.
