I’m Emma Rosa Ugarelli—educator, storyteller, and passionate advocate for growth, empathy, and lifelong learning through stories.
As a longtime early childhood educator and author, I believe stories have the power to spark imagination, nurture empathy, and connect us across cultures and generations.
My children's books are written with heart and purpose—blending fun, humor, and meaningful themes that encourage kids to explore, reflect, and dream big.
Whether I’m writing in English or Spanish, my books celebrate curiosity, emotional growth, cultural heritage, and the joy of storytelling. From playful rhymes to thoughtful adventures, I aim to create books that children want to read again and again—and that adults enjoy sharing with them.
But I don’t only write for children. I also share reflections on life, social issues, and human connection, because I believe words can touch hearts at any age. Through essays, blog posts, and poetry, I invite readers of all backgrounds to pause, feel, and reflect on the world around them.
I've had the joy of presenting my books in schools, libraries, book fairs, and cultural events—connecting with young readers and their families. I also collaborate with talented illustrators and publishers who bring my stories to life with vibrant art and creative energy.
When I’m not writing, I’m working on my educational platform Emma’s Place, where I offer free bilingual resources for young children, parents, and educators.
