It was a great honour to be considered part of the Christmas Celebration for children, organized by the Consulate of Peru in Vancouver; I had a lot of fun reading and animating one of my books to the children and interacting with them with one of my main characters (Yuri, a Peruvian monkey) Thank you to the Consulate of Peru for this successful celebration that children enjoyed immensely.

Their Lost Daughters. Joey Elis’ Mystery. A second book from the series Detective Jackman and Evans. In this fantastic mystery, a teenager named Toni is found wandering around. She has been drugged, and the doctors are uncertain if she is going to survive. She keeps talking about another girl; she says that together, they went to a “party.” Meanwhile, to add to the mystery, another teenage girl was found drowned in an isolated beach.
Are these isolated crimes, or is there a sinister plot to lure and kill teenage girls? Who is behind these crimes? Are those cases related, and who is promoting these mystery “drink parties” that move to different locations and have been operating for some time now? Coincidence or not, it also has some similarities with the shocking disappearance of a little girl almost a decade ago. Her mother is still looking for answers about her disappearance. DI Jackman and DS Evans are determined to get to the bottom of all of these and bring the culprits to justice. As usual, the characters Rowan and Evans are brilliant as other detectives. In general, all the characters are well defined and rich in emotions and expressions. An excellent mystery book. #books #bookreviews #mysterybooks #reading

"A Pirate Night Before Christmas" by Philip Yates: A playful twist on the classic "Night Before Christmas," this book combines pirates and holiday cheer for an adventurous and entertaining tale. "Avi the Witch Saves Christmas" by Emma Ugarelli follows Avi the witch that is wonder about what is Christmas she embarks on a journey to discover the magic of Christmas.
