Kitsilano-Vancouver 17-09-23 by emma ugarelli
Walking used to be a regular habit for me, because it was more than just a physical activity. It was a way to recharge my energy, to think and talk to myself and nature, to relax and plan ahead, to dream and breathe nature, to pause and appreciate the flowers and birds. It was my time for myself. but everyday
obligations sometimes make it more difficult this daily routine, now I am walking again and I feel ME again. #books #authors #authorsofinstagram#writers #writersofinstagram
Emma Ugarelli is my name. I grew up in Lima, Peru and immigrated to Canada two decades ago. I have a Psychology degree from Peru, and I worked as a psychologist for fifteen years. In Canada, I pursued Early Childhood Education and I have been a daycare provider for the last twenty years. I became a writer in 2021 when I published my first children's book "Lou and his Mane". I reside in Kitsilano, Vancouver, with my family and cat Ricky.
